Our practice doesn't take shortcuts. When Dr. Vinh Huynh gives you his treatment recommendation, he will need the diagnostic test (x-rays, photos, and impression of the teeth). There is no substitute for having all the information that these diagnostic tests can provide. This is one area where taking shortcuts (skipping diagnostic tests) can lead to improper diagnosis and treatment.
Cost:
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. You
will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We
accept assignment from most insurance plans, and file the necessary papers to
the insurance company. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable.
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:
- If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for full payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)
- To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment. For your convenience, we offer Visa and MasterCard service.
- Also, we have an outside financing plan through OFP (Orthodontic Fee Plan). They feature no down payment, low fix rate financing, no pre-payment penalty and you can apply for credit on-line through this site www.feeplan.com/ofp. - In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.
We want your financial concerns to be as easy as your visits. Towards this end, we have made available a wide assortment of payment options, which include financing, insurance plans, as well as Visa and MasterCard. What’s more, we take care of filing all the paperwork for you. Furthermore, our in-office payment plan is interest-free. After all, when we say we take good care of our patients, we mean it. Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's health and well being. Because of this, we believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this procedure. Being sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs, we provide the following payment options:
- Interest-free Payment Plan: Our in-office monthly payment plan including an initial down-payment.
- Prepayment Courtesy: Our payment in full option for which we offer a courtesy discount.
- No-Initial-Payment Plan : Orthodontic Fee Plan (OFP) offers no initial payment, low monthly payments, and low fixed interest rates.
