Scheduling Appointments


Examination and Diagnostic Records
When treatment is recommended for new patients, we have allowed time in our schedule to proceed that same day with the diagnostic records and impressions for appliances that are often necessary to begin treatment. This minimizes time out of school and work for patients and parents.

Timely Appointment
We are doing our best to have patients seated and treatment started within 10 minutes or less of their appointment time. We recognize the importance of your time and the many activities that families schedule in one day.

In general, we schedule longer appointments for appliance placement and appliance removal during school/work hours. We are booked very heavily with shorter appointments for patients currently in treatment before and after school. If you have several questions or want to come in at a quieter time, we suggest an earlier appointment. We are open five days a week and try to be as flexible as possible, but many appointments are booked 4-6 weeks in advance. Please allow yourself time ahead for your appointment.

Emergency Appointment
We reserve a limited amount of time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible.
